About Us

St. Peters College Tororo (SPECTRO), also known as Tororo College, is an all-boys boarding school covering Ordinary Level and Advanced Level Secondary School Education in Eastern Uganda..

  • The School was founded in the year 1941 by the MillHill Missionaries.
  • The school is located in the Eastern Ugandan town of Tororo, approximately 230 kilometres (140 mi), by road, east of Kampala, the capital of Uganda and the largest city in that country.
  • The School lies approximately 3 kilometres (1.9 mi), by road, outside of the central business district of Tororo, along Kwapa Road.

    This level covers the lower secondary school Curriculum of the Ugandan Education system and is aimed at preparing the young students and also helping tehm set a career path. At this level, the number of subjects offered by each student ranges from 13-16 subjects.
